Creating Tickets for IT, Dental Repair and Facilities
Below are the email addresses used to submit tickets for the HelpDesk:
- IT (sdmit@ucdenver.edu)
- Used for problems in axiUm, Citrix, or campus computer not working
- Dental Repair (sdmdr@ucdenver.edu)
- Used for problems with dental chairs or equipment
- Facilities (sdmfac@ucdenver.edu)
- Used for problems with classrooms, broken desks/chairs, lights, and projectors
When submitting a ticket, please include in the subject line your location (which floor, clinic, and chair) and a brief explanation of the issue. Use the body of the email to give further details.
